Ball vibrators feature a high quality ductile iron housing. These bodies are designed to quickly and easily mount to equipment. Our rugged, rotary electric motor with adjustable eccentrics for variable force outputs; well suited for hoppers which store dry or high moisture materials which bridge or rathole; also suited for vibratory feeders and screens and for placing and consolidating very low "slump" concrete in steel or concrete molds or forms; motors are dust tight and suitable for outdoor applications; motors rated for hazardous location are also available; higher initials cost; very low noise levels; very low energy usage; long life; repairable.

Electric Ball Vibrators utilize stainless steel race covers. The ball rides on the edges of these race covers. A through bolt is used to hold the covers in place and space them properly. The exhausting air escapes through two holes in the exhaust race cover. The exhaust holes are covered by a poly sponge material or O-ring to dampen noise and prevent contamination. The sponge or o-ring is held in place by a deflector nut which uniformly disburses the exhausting air. These vibrators are supplied with a piped inlet port. A piped exhaust port is optional.
Steel Balll Vibrators This provides a curved track for the steel balls. Non-metallic covers keep the balls in the track. The covers are held in place with snap rings. This design promotes longer vibrator life and quieter operation. These vibrators are supplied with piped inlets and outlets and an exhaust muffler.
Ball Drum Vibrators Ball drum vibrators incorporate the economy and efficiency of the ball vibrator series, with the quietness of an exhaust muffler. Our models are nylon-coated ball vibrators with enclosed exhaust. Heavy Duty Drum Vibrator Assembly allows quick attachment and removal of its powerful ball vibrator on fiber or steel drums
