Pkg.2 - Deluxe Tall-Wall Conveyor This option-loaded pkg. pours walls, columns, or elevated forms, adjusts from 4 to 16-foot discharge heights, and all wheels swivel to maximize maneuverability. Comes with a tall-wall adjustable undercarriage, swivel wheel attachment, loading hopper, discharge hopper with rotatable chute, and delivery trunk binder with hose.

Belt Support

Choice of Pan/Cone Roller or Full Length Pan with Center Support Idlers.

Belt

16" wide, 2-ply belt made with heavy duty nylon fabric, friction surface back, V-shaped cleats 2" high spaced every 2' for carrying roofing gravel, felt rolls, and insulation sheets.

Undercarriage

All welded tubular members. 91" tread width on towing wheels. 7.00 x 15" towing wheels.Front steering wheel for moving conveyor about the job site. Heavy duty lunette eye on towing hitch. built-in heavy duty jack for one-man hitching.

Power

Wisconsin TJD gasoline engine with electric start and 4 gal. fuel capacity. Hydraulic pump directly coupled to engine. Hydraulic motor coupled at the discharge end through a chain and sprocket reduction to the rubber-lagged belt drive pulley. Hydraulic relief overload protection at the control valve. Remote control selector valve at discharge end to allow roof personnel to stop and start the belt. Reverse belt movement for bringing down unused material from the roof. Hydraulic cylinder raising and lowering of boom and articulating of boom (hydraulic articulating on 68' models only).

Capacity

Belt maximum speed is variable up to 350 fpm, independent of engine RPM. Gravel capacity variable dependent on type of material and angle of elevation. Max. = 100 tons/hr.

Charging Hopper

Double wall construction to prevent spillage and meter proper amount of material onto belt.

Capacity - 6 cubic ft. width at charging end - 3'/4" Length - 3'/8". Charging height varies for 2' to 3'7" depending on angle of elevation.

Options:

Extension Hopper For Front End Loading

Bolts quickly to the top of the basic charging hopper to provide a top opening of 6' x 3' for charging with a front end loader. Adds approximately 2' to the charging height. (Capacity 18.5 cu. ft.)

Electric Brakes

For towing purposes, brakes easily plugged into connector on towing vehicle for inside cab operation.

Self-Propelled Feature

Provides power to both towing wheels to move conveyor on the job site at speeds up to 3 miles per hour.

Sideboards

Bolts to the boom to guide insulation as large as four feet wide. Need not be removed for highway travel.

Belt With 12-Inch Spacing

2" high V-cleats on 12" centers for increased capacity. Standard on 68' super high reach. Optional on 62' and 68' conveyors

Pkg. 1 - Basic Conveyor Our standard conveyor used in flatwork or in application where no undercarriage is needed - comes in 16 to 30-foot lengths with a loading hopper, discharge hopper with rotatable chute, and 4-foot undercarriage.

Pkg. 3-Towable Tall-Wall Conveyor This towable conveyor is designed to tow to a job site, unhook, and go to work. The flotation trailer wheels lock in the towing position and unlock for job site maneuverability. Features include: All swivel wheels, easy adjustments to pour up to 19 feet high, heavy duty flotation tires, unique wheel locking assembly, loading hopper, discharge hopper with rotatable chute, and delivery trunk binder with hose.
