By submitting this bid offer; you hereby authorize UES, Inc. ("United Equipment") to obtain all credit information from any bank or credit / trade account for the purpose of reviewing your credit. You hereby authorize and instruct any person, trade reference bank, and consumer reporting agency to complete and furnish to UES any information that it may have or obtain in response to such credit inquiries and agree that such information, along with the application, shall remain the sole and exclusive property of UES. You hereby verify to submitting truthful, accurate information and if your bid amount is selected you fully intend to purchase the equipment.
